Description: Electric Pink Cordyline is a colorful perennial evergreen plant with long pink and burgundy colored sword like leaves. It tolerates full sun, which enhances the color of its leaves but will also grow well in light shade. Morning sun with shade in the hot valley afternoons seems to be the best exposure for this plant. As with other Cordylines it grows well with a well-drained soil and more lush with regular irrigation and fertilizations. It also does very well as a container plant and stays smaller in size when containerized.

Description: This moderate to fast growing, deciduous tree was a seedling selection. The Summer Chocolate Mimosa tree has a wide, umbrella shaped canopy with beautiful bronze-green, fern-like leaves appearing in spring. The foliage color deepens to a rich chocolate burgundy color in summer. Scented clusters of pink, powder puff blooms attract butterflies. Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Watering can be reduced after tree root system establishment. Feed with a general purpose fertilizer. Pruning time: pruning is generally not necessary.
